Premium / Super
Largest uniform size, best colour, no visible defects. For supermarkets, hotels and gifting.
Grade A / Large
Large, well-coloured fruit with minimal blemishes. The standard retail shelf grade.
Grade B / Medium
Medium size, good eating quality, minor skin marks. Value retail and mixed loads.
Grade C / Small
Smaller or irregular fruit, sound and fresh. Juice, processing and price-sensitive buyers.
